Illegal voters may be tipping the balance of power in America.
By: Ed Farnan | Published Friday, April 8, 2011, 11:35 PM | Updated Friday, September 9, 2011, 10:10 PM

Americans are getting assaulted on all sides and not getting much protection from the government that was set up to protect and defend them back in 1781.
This present government seems to put the protection and defense of its borders against illegal immigration into the background. It seems willing to welcome and tacitly encourage illegal immigration. But most disturbingly, seems to aid and abet, passively and aggressively, their ability to vote illegally in the very elections that keep this government in power.
These actions seem counter-intuitive for a strong country to survive.
If one looks at the close elections around this country, on the local, state and national level, you can see that many of the races were and are very close, some separated by just a few votes.
The House is having a study on the elections systems in our country and just issued the following statement: “We simply cannot have an electoral system that allows thousands of non-citizens to violate the law and vote in our elections. We must do more to protect the integrity of our electoral processes."
Colorado IDENTIFIED 12,000 illegal voters on its rolls and ascertained that 5,000 of them voted in the last election. The Republican Senate candidate was narrowly defeated by the Democrat....But how many illegal voters didn't they identify?
Minnesota saw the election of ultra liberal Senator Al Franken, when he narrowly defeated Norm Coleman by just a few votes. Many claim that a lot of the Franken votes were under suspicious circumstances.
California lost a conservative congressman when his district was flooded with illegal alien votes. He was replaced with liberal Democrat, Loretta Sanchez.
Many states are starting to realize that they have been under assault by illegal voters and are starting to examine their voter requirements. But any changes to I.D. requirements and tightening up security to ensure only U.S. citizens vote, seem to be fought tooth and nail by the Democrats, under the banner of preserving some sort of "rights".
Is it a right to vote illegally in our elections? For instance the Texas legislature just voted to require picture I.D. of voters when they show up at the election booths. You would think it was a sledge hammer blow to "civil rights" when you heard the emotional outbursts from the democrats.
The caterwauling from the left is off the charts and unreasonable when a simple requirement like requiring I.D. to vote in an election is enforced. It is most disturbing to American citizens who hold their right to vote as precious. Americans of all races, creeds and political parties are starting to see through and see the mockery made of our election laws.
As a south Texas legislator just said: "I've had many citizens tell me that they don't believe their vote will count anymore because of the fraud that exists in South Texas"....This is just one state!
It doesn't take much to tip the scales of power. America better wake up and smell the ballots because they are rancid. Time to cleanse our voter rolls.
Additional information on the mysterious Minnesota Senate race from the Wall Street Journal:"This helps explain why more than 25 precincts now have more ballots than voters who signed in to vote. By some estimates this double counting has yielded Mr. Franken an additional 80 to 100 votes."

Additionally:
The disgraced and disbanded group ACORN, was involved in the registration of 42,000 "voters" in the Minnesota election that saw Al Franken win by 312 votes.

How do you think Barry got elected
seanomelbourne | Apr 09, 2011, 08:17 PM EDT
Georgie dislikes anything Irish
mamaginnty | Apr 09, 2011, 04:26 PM EDT
For frig sake GEORGIE, you only come to Ireland as a visitor, the voting in Ireland is strict enough, you have to have identification if asked, your name is already down on the voting forms for your district. I really do not know why you even bother to come to Ireland. You seem to thrive on running it down, I'd swear you'd be willing to pay all that flight money to come over and count our potholes if they were mentioned on irishcentral.

Kaydog: Well said! If you read some of the previous posts you will see the illegal voting is and always has been rampant in Chicago. That's where the President of the U.S. was spawned, so getting any kind of redress from him and his cronies will be impossible. After all corruption of the system is what brought them to power and what keeps them in power. Wisconsin is another example, it has the laxest of all rules for voting and is right across the border from corrupt Illinois. If conservatives do win, it has to be by wide wide margins. If they don't fix it, people will lose faith in the voting system.
kaydog1 | Apr 09, 2011, 12:42 PM EDT
It woud be REALLY nice if the authorities (hello "impartial" Dept of Justice) would deign to PROSECUTE these attempts at illegal voting. I have read only ONE STORY in my entire life of anyone being prosecuted for illegal voting or for aiding and abetting illegals to vote (viz. - driving the van full of illegals to the other county to vote illegally.) Why do not the Republicans at least make an issue of this? The Democrats are the Party of Illegals, Ex-Cons, Union Goons, and Welfare Recipients (tell me I'm wrong), so they're NEVER going to try to stop these Illegal Aliens voting - they profit by each vote thus cast!
Monsoonman | Apr 08, 2011, 06:32 PM EDT
Maloney, Bro....That is a disturbing story. there needs to be a national referendum and push to clean up this system.

I am glad you agree with my last posting Handcock.Farnan loves fanning the flames of hatred and bigotry.

Could be happening in Ireland too. Anyone can get a vote over there--you don't have to prove you're eligible.

In 2013, with a Republican sweep E-Verify will be made mandatory for all businesses. Six months later the fine for employing an illegal alien will be raised from $2,000 under the present law up to $10,000. Billions of dollars will be collected from law breaking employers to complete the Border Fence.

There are many voting related problems in this country, which in the event that ever a majority of the issues were cleared out, Americans would truly have a vastly different government than they presently have! Both left and right politicians included equally! The United States of America belongs to the land owners and equally, to those who are hired to work that land, provided that all who claim rights under this government, must be able to prove their citizenship prior to exercising the sacred right to vote in America! Slan
maloney | Apr 07, 2011, 12:11 AM EDT
On voting day we got wind that illegals were being bused in from another county. On returning to our voting location, within 1 hour we turned away two van fulls of illegals brought in by the Charlotte branch of Acorn. They did not vote in our county. We followed them out of the county and back to the big city. Who knows how many van fulls got away with voting in multiple locations? This was in North Carolina.
maloney | Apr 07, 2011, 12:05 AM EDT
After the recount on Franken and his very slim win it was found that several hundred votes had been found that were cast by felons in the pen. All the voted were for Franken. The liberals got the votes counted then spirited them away. Another liberal in office who stole his position.

Do not believe what you read in the media. Amnesty was tried by Senate & Bush three time, and Obama has never tried to pass it. The Congress froze, and failed to pass it three times. The Media was in favor of it. The right wing media stopped. The right wing media formed the Tea Party. Although, the Right wing media, and the Tea Party get no respect, they are powerful.

What do you know, you're Australian.

Farnan is riding his bigoted extreme right wing steed again. If a teahadist looses an election it's someone else is to blame. I hope his right winged steed doe's not fly to close to the sun.
seagreen | Apr 05, 2011, 04:13 PM EDT
Do you have a source concerning the so called suspicious votes that elected the ultra liberal Al Franken? Was this not the most scrutinized election count in history by election officials? Your real worry is the electoral college, which was put in place to keep land owners in power. When that goes, that will be the end of the northern european extraction president..I'm sorry, but 10 million golden retreivers will not be counted as white voters
Scrivner | Apr 05, 2011, 03:25 PM EDT
Hey,pmoh, Your observation proves Mr Faman's piece--it's not the color of their skin, it's the color of their id card! On the great Southwest side, the portential illegals tend to be Irish, Polish and Czech. Up north in the 50th Ward they tend to be Pakistani, Indian and Russian. Other neighborhoods will find Chinese, Italian, Croatian, Nigerian, Serb and Mexican amongst the "undocumented." The point is, does not eligible mean not eligible? (If I have left out your favorite ethnic group, it is due to lack of space, not prejudice.)
EdinCali | Apr 05, 2011, 02:03 PM EDT
Hello folks, this is Ed Farnan. Just want to elucidate the main point so there is no misunderstanding. This article is not about what skin color you are, what God you worship, or who you want to win in the World Series. This is about the deliberate, organized subversion of your right to vote. As an American citizen, is anything more important than that when it comes to the basic framework of the country? 1 citizen=1 vote
pmohinoaklawnillinois | Apr 05, 2011, 01:44 PM EDT
Mr.Farnan, Growing up in the City of Chicago, I've seen plenty of voter fraud. Most of the people that I saw voting illegally were Northern European and white, not Hispanic or black. My sister's boyfriend (who is a native of Ireland) has told me that he's been voting in the elections in Illinois since he emigrated in 1972. He didn't become an American citizen until the late 1990's.

stmungo is right that we come to this site for Irish subjects but is wrong about right wing raving and ranting this site is far to the left even anti American at sometimes
Monsoonman | Apr 05, 2011, 11:57 AM EDT
Since America happens to be the home of 32 million Irish and Irish hybrids, everything that happens here is pertinent to us. America has a great influence over Ireland. Irish descendants have ruled America and wield great influence, so anything that goes on here politically eventually will effect Ireland....And voting is at the heart of its system.
stmungo | Apr 05, 2011, 11:42 AM EDT
I think this site should stick to irish subjects. I didn't come to this site to read right wing raving & ranting. I came to read about the land of my father & ancestors.

This is one of the reasons why I am for having to show my drivers liscense when I vote. And I live in Texas!!!!
wjb1tex | Apr 05, 2011, 09:56 AM EDT
Years ago LBJ was elected after a recount in South Texas Phar County discovered a number of votes that weren't counted. It turns out all the "voters" on the missing list signed in with the same handwriting and amazingly all voted in alphabetical order. Oh, it turns out their names were the same names found on gravestones in the local cemetery. Some coincidece.
HorsesInMdstrm | Apr 05, 2011, 09:52 AM EDT
And yet, I don't hear Mr. Farnan complain that released criminals who have served their time do not easily get the right to vote restored in Florida, for one place. I freely admit I don't have the data, but is it possible that President Gore would have been #43 if released felons had regained the right to vote in that state? Oh, I forgot. President Bush won by a vote of 5-4 conducted by non-Floridians in black robes.
TheOldPerfessor | Apr 05, 2011, 09:31 AM EDT
Here is your nightmare - every morning America is a bit less white. For your side to achieve the absolute power that it so craves, you will have to broaden your appeal. This will be true if the voter roles are cleaned up, as they should be, to include only living US citizens.
Monsoonman | Apr 04, 2011, 12:32 PM EDT
The corruption in the election system is so widespread and deep that in some cities and states, if a conservative actually wins it has to be by a huge margin to counter the illegal votes.
Monsoonman | Apr 04, 2011, 12:29 PM EDT
Isn't this convenient,in this mornings headlines just in time for the New York City elections: Dead voters could decide New York elections: Mix-up means Walter Cronkite is one of thousands still eligible to vote....Now who profits from this sort of incompetence and corruption? Certainly not the regular taxpayers and citizens of NYC. Of course ignorance is a blissful place...Carry on!
TomFitz | Apr 04, 2011, 10:36 AM EDT
When Obama's government is filing a law suite against the citizens of Arizona because they wish the U.S Constitution enforsed by that same government, it is a sad day for he U.S.
AuroraBorealis | Apr 03, 2011, 03:39 PM EDT
It's interesting that you mention Minnesota but fail to mention that Coleman's lead recount attorney (Fritz Knaak) said they were looking for fraud but could not find it. "Many claim that a lot of the Franken votes were under suspicious circumstances." Why not write that many "ultra conservatives" who are paid by the Koch brothers argue that? Because, of course, we all respect the Koch brothers and what that money has done.
jamieLM | Apr 03, 2011, 02:58 PM EDT
Dead people have been voting for years. Intimidation at the polls by Black Panthers. Hanging chads and voter machine irregularities. Why would it be surprising that illegals are voting? I often have to show my DL to validate my identity when cashing checks, using my credit card, at the dr.'s office for my health insurance - so what's the big deal about showing it at the polls?
jamieLM | Apr 03, 2011, 02:20 PM EDT
Wow... You must be hanging out with Rush and Glenn A LOT...
