Donald Trump Says Obama is Protected by the Media

Donald Trump has many detractors, but most especially those in the liberal dominated media. They criticize his hair, his past marriages, a few of his failed business ventures, his successful reality show called "The Apprentice" and his brash style. But deep down, their criticism stems from his success and his honest bluntness when he speaks the truth.
In the liberal media world, it is bad to be successful in the business private sector, unless of course you are a far left billionaire who funds far left "media" organizations. In that case there are no boundaries to the leeway and protection they will afford you..
Of course there are "untouchable" elephants in the living room which are to be ignored in the liberal media world, including Obamas sealed off past, his many gaffes and the deplorable condition of our country under his leadership.
Listening to the cacophony of the mostly liberal media who try to denigrate Donald Trump and quell his message, you would think that a major victory was scored by Obama just because he presented a copy of certificate of live birth.
A question that is being overlooked, is why did it take Obama so long to unveil this piece of information?
Of course Obama said he needed to get past this annoyance of the birth certificate nonsense and get to the hard work of solving Americas problems at his press conference.
From the press conference he and Michele boarded Air Force One for an appointment with Oprah to do a show with her in Chicago. After that taping, a flight to New York where he attended 3 democrat fund raisers for the rest of the day and evening to schmooze and vacuum up campaign contributions......These are his highest priorities for our country?
I am assuming most of you reading this column didn't know that the President spent the entire day after his birth certificate news conference, doing an Oprah show and schmoozing with his fundraisers for his re-election.....Did you you read it in your local paper, see it on television, hear it on the radio?
While at a news conference yesterday, Trump fielded many questions from the assembled milieu of reporters, he took credit for Obama finally showing his birth certificate.
But the most salient comment Trump made, which received little comment, was when he said the the media protects Obama.Donald Trump speaks from his gut. He speaks for millions of Americans who are very concerned about the direction this country is heading under the present administrations leadership. He has the courage to take the heat from those in the media and the professional politicians who would like to silence him.
From getting ripped off by China, getting gouged by OPEC, being in 3 wars, "protecting" countries with our military and not being reimbursed, to sealed secrets of our Presidents past...Donald trumps direct style and message resonates with the American public.

Sorry Joan, let me clarify it a bit more: NONE of the terrorists the U.S. captured and detained, knew the whole picture, just part of the picture. What authorities got out of Khalid Sheikh Muhammad for instance, was all he knew, which was the couriers name. That's what eventually lead us to OBL.

Hi Joan, the answer is quite simple. Osama was a tactical genius when it came to planning and organizing operations. He honed his insurgent /battle craft in Afghanistan the ages old battleground, fighting the Soviets. During those years in the field he worked closely with Pakistani military intelligence and the CIA. He was a sponge when it came to tactics and the way military intelligence worked. He was wise enough to know to partition information to his subordinates. Each one knew something about an operation, a part, a bit of it, but not the whole picture. If they were captured and interrogated they couldn't divulge information that would bring the whole organization down, because they didn't know enough. Does that help?

Just a thought - If President Bush's enhanced interrogation worked back in 2003 or was it 2005 - why didn't Bush go after Bin Laden and kill him when he was still in office. He had 3 years to do it. According to a lot of you it was his interrogation techniques that got Osama - why didn't he get him? 6 years later, President Obama did get the correct information an got him. Just askin'.

LOL Joan...Yes you go find those sources. But let me give you a clue: The sources that say the info. that lead to Osamas demise are clear and emphatic. When you listen to what your sources "claim" listen very carefully, they are couched in the usual weasel wording. We got NO information from KSM and a few others until we used enhanced interrogation on them. We are no longer doing that, now we give them miranda, 3 hots and a cot and a koran to study. We are blind squirrels once again and we will pay for it, I hope they don't go after NYC again.

This is Joan baby - I saw Peter King emphatically state that the info. from enhanced interrogation is what is responsible for the killing of OBL. I also saw many others refute that claim, just can't remember their names. I will try to get some names for you. I guess people believe whoever they share their beliefs with.

You see all of the intelligence gathered to get obl was done using "rendition" and enhanced interrogation tactics at gitmo and other places. obama and holder will not use those tactics anymore, hence, we are blind squirrels.

That's what I thought, Mon, but just had to have you say it. Your logic doesn't make sense. You do realize that the president and his admin. were not on the ground discovering where Bin Laden was. It was our brave soldiers and our intelligence agencies who found him. It was, however, our president who made the gutsy decision to go into Bin Laden's compound and take him out the way the Navy Seals did it - despite some who advised him against it. So are you saying that our brave soldiers and intelligence agencies found Bin Laden just by luck - like blind squirrels or are you saying that it was the president and his admin. who found Bin Laden like blind squirrels.

Well, friends, while the President was on the Oprah show, then going to Alabama to view the damage, and then on to fund raising parties, he certainly was being presidential behind the scenes. He wasn't just partying - I think he was doing A LOT of work for our country - quietly giving orders for our brave soldiers to kill Osama Bin Laden. I know that those of you who hate Obama won't give him any credit. As I've always said, to the people of the right, there's nothing, not one thing, that Obama could do that the right would approve of. I've already heard one person say, in a demeaning manner, that the president is taking all credit, which is untrue. I'm sure that the negativity will soon begin on the numerous sites on IC, So sad,

I watched his news conference, then I watched he and the first lady board the helicopter while the commentator told the viewer where they were going - Chicago, Oprah show. Later in the day, I saw where the president attended 3 fund raising events. What did I miss?

I notice thee is a questionnaire on this site that asks who is the most biased liberal newscaster and there are 4 choices. Rachel Maddow and Katie Couric are two. Can you imagine this question being asked 15 years back when there really wasn't a strong alternate for the msm? I don't care about political opinion shows when you know it is just strong views being expressed. But what the msm has been getting away with for years is script reading propaganda into the tv screen as if what they are giving you is the unvarnished truth. Katie Couric is a prime example of that, a script writer delivering her lines as if it is all you need to know....But it isn't and they have been leaving out massive amts. of information in order to dumb down the proletariat. You can see the results of that did-information by reading the comments here defending the apparition/messiah aka: obama.

He got Obama to release his birth cert which he should have done when Hillary's gang brought it up during the '08 primary. Trump is right that Obama is "protected" by the house lads of the lame stream media. Foer example, during the speech that he gave in Elkhart,IN in support of the $800 billion stimulus, he cited Japan's lost decade (the 90's) as an example of what would happen if the package wasn't passed. In fact, Japan actually did EXACTLY what Obama was proposing at the time: a huge government fiscal stimulus. The study by Harvard economic professor Alberto Alasina contrasted Japan's lost decade and its' government stimulus with what Ireland did in the late 1980's: which was slash govt spending and decrease tax rates. NO ONE in the media challenged Obama on this EVER, much akin to the Irish media cheerleading the property bubble of the last decade, instead of questioning it.

Yes I was aware that Obama went on Oprah...just like all of the past presidents he does campaign. If you think a reality TV host is the answer to our countries issues...I think we're in for a long election cycle. The decent somewhat normal conservative politicians are in the dressing room while these clowns like Trump, Bachmann & Palin run the circus. Obama provided proof of where he was born in 2008- he presented exactly what any U.S. citizen born in Hawaii would have. Or AM radio, that is 90% controlled by ultra conservative crazies and birther supporters? People have to honestly ask themselves; why is Obama constantly being smeared? Why is his opposition always trying to build the case that he's not one of us, not capable, or concealing some inferred dark secret. The answer is: it’s a pure political maneuver (along with some cases of outright bigotry) from those who will do anything to bring him down and distract the American people from the real issues. In their eyes no lie’s too big, inference too small, or slur unwarranted. Fox News was ecstatic to enter into an unholy alliance with Donald Trump to Bang the Birther drum at every chance, but now they’ll just move on to the next smear, and line up their cast of opportunists to promote it. The thought that Obama is being protected is delusional. No other president has incurred such a wrath for achieving the American Dream. I wonder why?
