Proud of your Irish assets? - Women's average breast size is increasing

Are you a boob man? I mean, well, I don’t think I have ever met a man who isn’t. If yes is your answer, you will be delighted to hear that Irish women’s breasts are getting bigger.

A new survey by Debenhams has found that the country’s average cup size is steadily growing.

According to the retail store, their best selling bra size has gone from 34B in 2010 to a bustier 34DD this year.

Despite the increase in size, many females are also opting for an extra bit of padding to show off their assets, as a whopping 70 percent of all bras sold in Debenhams are either padded or push-up.

The store’s top lingerie buyer Sharon Webb said, “Sales suggest that breasts are bigger and better than ever before.”

“Confidence is changing the shape of the nation. Fit is of the paramount importance, a great-fitting bra makes you look incredible on the outside and feel fabulous on the inside.”

To mark National Breast Awareness month, 50 cent from every bra sold by the store in October will be donated to breast cancer charities.

Irish boobs have been in the news a lot recently, in September, former Miss World
Rosanna Davison became the first Irish woman to pose nude on the front of Playboy Magazine.

Her ample cleavage attracted that much online traffic, one Irish website crashed!
