Youth charged over January break-in to Susan Boyle's home

A youth has been arrested for the January break-in to Scottish singer
Susan Boyle’s home in Blackburn.
Boyle returned home in January 26 after laying vocals down for the
Haiti charity single "Everybody Hurts” to find the 16-year-old in her home.
The young man fled the scene when Boyle entered the house.
"A 16-year-old youth has been arrested and charged in connection with a theft that happened at a property in Yule Terrace,
Blackburn, on January 26,” said the
Lothian and Borders Police
"He will now be subject to a report to the Children’s Reporter."
