Will Ferrell threatens to shave Conan O'Brien's beard live on 'Conan' - VIDEO

On Monday night's "Conan," Conan O'Brien received a personal message from Will Ferrell pointing out a mistake in the show...his beard.
Ferrell said "That thing is a mistake". He also threatened to shave his beard off and set the date for May 2, when Ferrell is scheduled to appear on the show.
He said "Circle the date on your calendar, because I'm circling your face like a vulture who eats hair."
