The 33-year-old actor – who has already checked into rehabilitation facilities three times in the past to seek help for alcohol addiction – reportedly spent 10 days in the Capio Nightingale hospital near London's Harley Street last month, but has since left due to work commitments, the Daily Mirror newspaper has claimed.
Despite already having sought treatment for his addictions, the Irish star has been arrested twice at airports for allegedly being drunk while trying to board flights – once at Dublin Airport in 2007 and once at Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris in 2009, where he was accused of assaulting a member of the bar staff.

Meanwhile in 2010, he allegedly screamed abuse at staff at New York's JFK Airport after they banned him from getting on a plane for being intoxicated.
In 2007, his US publicist said: "After a non-stop succession of filming, Jonathan Rhys Meyers has entered an alcohol treatment programme. He felt a break was needed to maintain his recovery."
Jonathan – who shot to fame starring in British movie 'Bend It Like Beckham' – has previously spoken out about his battle with alcoholism, saying he's "all over the place" when he's had a drink.
He said: "When I do drink I'm like Bambi. I'm all over the place, hopeless, like a 16-year-old kid. People notice.
"You really feel like you're f****d up and you're useless."
