An onlooker told USMagazine.com: “Paris and Todd were all over each other. He had his hand permanently glued to her behind. They were making out constantly.
“Paris was hanging on Todd, hugging and kissing him off and on. She and Todd didn't walk in together, but it wasn't as if they were trying to hide.”
The news that the blonde beauty has moved on so quickly isn’t likely to impress her mother Kathy, who recently admitted she was “heartbroken” by Paris’ split from Cy.
Kathy said: “He really is an angel. I do adore him. My heart is broken. That's why I don't like getting close to the boyfriends because they become like a part of the family.”
