Looking for a last minute summer vacation plan? How about heading to the Malibu coast, where Pierce Brosnan will only be too happy to rent you his new beachfront property – for the eye-popping pricetag of $250,000. Per month!
It’s a long way from Brosnan’s birthplace of Meath to the ‘Bu, and he’s certainly done well for himself. The eco-friendly manse boasts “13,000 square feet of newly built luxury on 120 feet of beachfront with sublime ocean and mountain views,” according to the real estate listing.
“This magical seaside estate designed by Ralph and Ross Anderson features contemporary Thai/Balinese architecture, soaring ceilings, walls of glass, lush tropical gardens, three master suites, a dozen bathrooms, well-appointed his and hers dressing rooms, and gourmet kitchen.”
Why isn’t Pierce availing of his gorgeous new compound? He’s busy making a film with Emma
Thompson in Paris called Love Punch. It’s about a couple who divorces but reunites to recover retirement money stolen from them.
Clearly, how to deal with retirement won’t ever be a problem for Pierce.
