Lindsay Lohan is suing the online stock-selling financial giant E-Trade for $100 million, saying they modeled their boyfriend-stealing, "milkaholic" baby in its new ad after her.
Linds filed the lawsuit in Nassau County Supreme Court Monday and the
New York Post says the 100 million for her "pain and suffering."
The disputed ad debuted during the Super Bowl and features a boy baby saying sorry to his "girlfriend" for not calling the night previous.
The baby girl is instantly suspicious (wise baby!) and says: "And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn't over?"
"Lindsay?" says the boy as a baby girl's head comes into the frame and slurs "Milk-a-what?"
Lindsay's lawyer says that if E-Trade had used
Oprah or Madonna's name they would have been sued.
The lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, says Lindsay has the same single-name recognition.
"Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit," she said.
"They used the name Lindsay," Ovadia said. "They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's
Lindsay Lohan."

Funny, I've seen the commercial several times ... Lohan's name never occurred to me. Mayhap she's not quite as important as she thinks she is.

Ooops, that should be extraordinary.

Oh, for crying outloud. If Lohan requires attention that badly, how 'bout doing something exordinary for Haiti relief.
