Hillary Duff, singer-and actress, has tied the knot with hockey player Mike Comrie.
The couple celebrated their nuptials at a sunset ceremony in Santa Barbara, California along with 100 guests.
Duff wore a Vera Wang gown in a mermaid-style. Walking down the aisle she was accompanied by her mother Susan Duff and five bridesmaids including her sister, Haylie.
Of her new husband, Hilary said “'I've never met anyone who can say a bad word about him. He's generous, caring and sunny. We just laugh our heads off.”
The couple started dating in 2007 and got engaged in February when Mike, 29, proposed in Hawaii.
They met on at a resort in Idaho and have been inseparable ever since. Comrie said “We were all on the same plane and it was kind of, I guess, maybe a bit of a fluke. She calls it ironic. No I'm kidding! It was one of those things where we were all in a group . we spent the weekend all hanging out.”
Duff said she couldn’t be happier and she loves everything about him.
