Bristol Palin has revealed she is encouraging her mother to run for president in the upcoming race on Good Morning America.

The “Dancing with the Stars” contestant said her mother should absolutely run for president despite the media circus that ensued during the 2008 race.

In response to whether or not her mother should run she said: “Absolutely. I think she's awesome," Palin, 20, said. "I think she's smart. I think she would be awesome for our country."

Speaking about her mother’s experience in the last presidential campaign of 2008, she said her family had been "thrown under the campaign bus" by Sen. John McCain of Arizona.

"I think they could have stuck up for our family more," she said adding “"Because they never really did.”

Scary thought Sarah Palin,a woman in my opinion is an idiot and not very intelligent as her many inane comments will testify to.Her claim to fame is being a so so governor of the great state of Alaska. Having a daughter who gained fame for her out of wedlock pregnancy with a guy who relished his fifteen minutes of fame. My only hope is the American people will come to their senses and vote for an intelligent,ethical,strong president instead of one who is best known for their media presence and notoriety and unsavory,outrageous behavior.Mrs Palin is best known for the media attention she gained during the media circus over her unwed pregnant daughter and the attention father of the child. Did anyone actually listen to the inane,ridiculous,ignorant comments Mrs.Palin made in her comments to the press and her many, many, media events. Once again,I can only sit back and once again watch so many American people be dazzled by hype when they vote and not always for the best president for the United states.And we wonder why we are not as great or respected a country as we used to be. Greatness,Respect and Wisdom go hand in hand.

Like mother, like daughter. Bristol is selling herself in any form or fashion just like Sarah, to make that money. Talk about some successful capitalists- all body and no brains. Beautiful Bristol is sweet & sassy, but also serious & sensible. The Palin ladies are daring, defiant, dominant. They are interesting, attractive, & exciting. Sarah will be a powerful & productive President.
