No word about how the handsome Malik sustained the injury, but one report suggests a tentative link to an associate of Justin Bieber
Zimbio are reporting that a mate of Bieber, who hooked up with our own Niall Horan and Malik over the weekend, might have played an accidental role in the mishap.
They quote a tweet from Alfredo Flores, who sent Malik the following message:
"feel better bro. I still feel bad... get home safe and we'll see you boys next week"
Also at LAX looking as happy as a Cheshire cat was Horan, who looked very fresh-faced and carefree as the band prepared to return to England.
