Rory McIlroy will be unveiled as the new face of Nike on Monday – and bank a staggering $250million.
McIlroy will become the highest earning Irish golfer ever when he signs a lucrative new deal in Abu Dhabi.

The much publicised deal will become official when McIlroy signs the contract at a lavish ceremony in the Middle East.
Ireland’s golfer of the year will surpass former world number one Tiger Woods in the earning stakes with Nike.
And industry experts reckon he could pocket even more loot if he maintains his current form as the best golfer on the planet.
Still just 23, McIlroy’s 10 year deal will dwarf the $150million deal enjoyed by David Beckham with adidas.
Nike will use McIlroy to spearhead their plans to dominate the American golf market.
The two time Major winner has severed all other deals with Nike now his sole sponsor.
A Nike source told the Irish Sun: “He is the biggest thing in golf right now and is seen as a great role model.”
Meanwhile McIlroy may be struggling between Ireland and Britain on the Olympic stage but he believes an Irishman should captain Europe in the next Ryder Cup.
Dubliner Paul McGinley is the favorite to get the nod when the European powers pick their leader on Tuesday for the 2014 event in Scotland.

Darren Clarke has already withdrawn from the race but Scot Colin Montgomerie has launched a bid for a second stint as captain.
McIlroy however has come out in favor of McGinley on Twitter in a major coup for his fellow Irishman.
He tweeted: “Ryder Cup captaincy should be a 1-time thing. Everybody deserving gets their chance and moves on. Would love to play under Paul McGinley in '14.”

Clarke said: “As much as I would dearly love to be captain this may not be my time.”
