No mucking around for Celtic. They've sacked manager Tony Mowbray after the Bhoys's shock 4-0 loss to St Mirren Wednesday.

Former captain Neil Lennon, from Lurgan in County Armagh, will take over as manager until they appoint a new one.

His first game in charge will be Saturday's home league match against Kilmarnock at Parkhead.

The 4-0 defeat means Celtic are now 10 points adrift of arch-rivals and Scottish Premier League leaders Rangers.

Mowbray lost 13 of his 45 matches in charge.
