Kilkenny have brought back the big guns – Henry Shefflin and Michael Fennelly will start Sunday’s All-Ireland SHC quarter-final at Croke Park.

Cats boss Brian Cody has restored the fit again pair to his team for the huge clash with old rivals Cork.

Shefflin has appeared only as a substitute this year after a foot injury ended his run of playing in every championship game since 1999.

And fellow All-Ireland winner Fennelly will also make his first start of the 2013 championship season after shaking off an ankle injury.

Fennelly will start at midfield against Cork with Shefflin at corner-forward in a side showing three changes from the extra-time win over Waterford in the qualifiers.
