Dublin 3-13 v Cork 0-16
Three-goal Dublin struck a convincing blow to Cork and maintained their unbeaten start to Allianz NFL Division 1 with a 3-13 to 0-16 win at Croke Park.

Mossie Quinn, Kevin McManamon and Barry Cahill all found the net as the Dubs got their Spring Series of matches off to a winning start in both codes.

Cork were 2-05 to 0-08 behind at half-time with Stephen Cluxton producing a fine save to deny Pearse O’Neill.

Cluxton kept a clean sheet and the industrious Bernard Brogan pulled the strings up front as Pat Gilroy's men gained their first win of the league campaign.

Limerick 1-20 v Westmeath 0-15
Donal O'Grady's winning start to his Limerick career continued but not as easily as the scoreline suggests.

The alarm bells were ringing for an unconvincing Limerick side as they went into the break up by a single point.

O'Grady brought on Brian Geary and Pat Tobin for the start of the second half. Tobin instantly made a difference as he blasted home a goal within minutes.

Limerick managed the victory but will need to perform better when they are matched up against stronger opposition in order to continue this winning start.

Tyrone 0-6 v Donegal 1-10
Tyrone lost their second game of the season in a low scoring affair against a hot Donegal team.

Donegal overcame a shaky start in defense to easily handle the Tyrone frontmen limiting them to only 6 scores.

Dermot Molloy came off the bench to score the only goal of the game just after the halftime break which spelled the end for Tyrone.

Tyrone scored just one point in the second half, and now face a battle to avoid a second successive relegation.

Antrim 2-13 v Clare 2-14
Clare had to battle to the end for their first win in the NHL Division 2 at Casement Park this afternoon.

They led by 2-09 to 1-05 at the interval with Conor McGrath and Cathal McInerney claiming the Clare goals.

It was an important victory that Clare just about held on for after the opening day loss to Limerick.

Offaly 1-10 v Galway 1-24
Defending champions Galway raced clear of Offaly in the second half of this Allianz NHL Division 1 clash in Tullamore.

John McIntyre’s men built a 0-9 to 0-5 half-time lead, with Offaly forward Cathal Parlon picking up his second yellow card.

Galway cruised to victory in this game as Offaly scored a late goal when the game was already beyond doubt. It has been a fantastic start for the defending champions.

Kilkenny 0-14 v Cork 1-10
Richie Hogan landed a late free to decide this heavyweight Allianz NHL Division 1 tie at Nowlan Park today.

The 22-year-old forward scored 0-10 and rescued the win for Kilkenny after Cork bounced back into the second half.

Two frees from Pat Horgan were Cork’s only scores in the first period as they trailed by 0-10 to 0-2.

The Rebels redeemed themselves and after JJ Delaney was dismissed, Pat Horgan netted a penalty to take his tally to 1-06. But Hogan clawed it back for the Cats.
