As the Notre Dame team gear up for their game against Alabama Crimson Tide, in their BCS Championship game, they’ve received some further great news as the number two running back in the US, Greg Bryant.

Having committed to Oklahoma earlier this year Bryant made a verbal commitment for the recruiting class of 2013 over the past weekend. Bryant is ranked as the second up and coming running back behind Kevin Taylor (who has already signed on to the Florida Gators.

The Fighting Irish won out over the Auburn Tigers, Georgia Bulldogs, Oklahoma Sooners and South Carolina Gamecocks, according to ThePigSkinReport.com. Bryant is the 22nd to sign on for Notre Dame and already it’s looking like one of the best teams in the country.
