Here are ten reasons why Brian Kelly will bring back the glory days to the Fighting Irish: 

1. Hiring Brian Kelly, best 4th and long play in a very long time. Passion, discipline and a sure touch.

2. Firing Charlie Weis. After USC the jig was up - the guy could not win the big one.

3. Michael  Floyd fit and well for next year. Watch him fly!

4. Manti Te'o, the Freshman lone stand out on defense. Lets hope he doesn't take off on his Mormon missionary two years.

5. Next year's schedule but will Tulsa turn into Nevada or be like Connecticut?

6. Firing all Weis assistants bar one - we needed a clean sweep.

7. Beating BC this year - one monkey at last off our back.

8. Dayne Crist - sure he is injury prone - even back in high school, but when this quarterback plays he wins.

9. Their fans - stayed with the team and never got down on them despite the defeats - the very best.

10. College football on a cool fall weekend at the greatest campus on earth what's not to like?

i like the 10 sean, go go go coach kelly, bring back the glory to ND that they have lost since lou holtz.
