The wee lad fray Belfast is the BEST player Ireland ever produced, but of course, he was a Prod and a Northerner. The rest of that lot clamoured together aren't fit to lace-up his boots! Few, if any, outside of Ireland would have ever heard of them. While the whole soccer world knew and love George Best. Not just a great Northern Ireland player but one of the all time greats. If ever bigotry needed displaying, this Imagazin is it, brash and in your face, well done! LOLOLOLOL.....
1.Best 2. McGrath 3. Giles 4. Brady 5. Jennings 6. McParland 7. Vernon 8. Irwin 9. Carey 10. Highway. Keane would be lucky to get into the top ten.
1.George Best 2.Paul McGrath The rest are hoofers at best.
giles, brady, mcgrath, bonner, robbie, carascino, strange roy
Packie Bonner.
Liam Brady .......Most skillful player to put on a green shirt in the last 30 years....an absolute joy to watch...
Roy Keano deserves to be number one. The Irish need to get their coaching situation under control. They are already on the cusp of elimination from the World Cup. Keano would be an excellent choice to take over the team. He is brash but yet very successful. He brags but gets it done. Now speaking of Dunne, Dunnie should be on the list somewhere.
