Notre Dame Fighting Irish come up golden against the USC Trojans 22-13

ND was #25 at preseason poll and USC was #1. My how things change. ND was under rated for nearly the entire season. Playing a difficult if not the toughest schedule played this season. Anyone questioning that, needs to read Pat Forde's article ("SEC route of Notre Dame far from guaranteed")or as Pat put it, "get some fresh air." ND played each game this season without looking ahead to the next one. Coach Kelly kept them focused on the game at hand. That is how you end a regular season 12-0!!!
