Neil was a great player for Celtic and is a good manager. He has the respect of his players. When he looses that respect and convidence that they have for him, then you can start talking about changing managers. You don't change managers because of a 1-0 loss to ICT.

Ever since Lennon received the "nail envelopes", every argument could be his last. They beat Barcelona for God sakes. This has brought the beast out in mediocre Scottish teams. There is also the Catholic factor.
