There were one point victories across the board today in three of the senior football championships in Ireland.
Kerry hung on in a nail-biting classic to stay on track for another All-Ireland appearance with a one-point win over Sligo.
Donegal beat Derry by a point and Wicklow beat Down by one point.
Meanwhile, Cork were put out by a buoyant Galway 1-19 to 0-17 while Roscommon beat Wexford 0-11 to 0-8 in the SFC qualifier replay at Dr. Hyde Park.
