an ireland divided leads to a dysfunctionality that is obvious in nigh all aspects of its being. Although they crave to serve their masters (whom ever they may be) like none other.
What about football (soccer)? Ireland has their final two group matches for Euro 2012 on 7 and 11 October. The matches are at a lightweight and then at home against an upstart Armenia. If they win out, they should be second and forced into a playoff to qualify. The last two matches were 0-0 at home against Slovakia and at Russia on artificial turf and outshot 24-3 with only one shot on goal and a "puff of air" at that. Corners were 12-1 in favor of Russia. An excellent keeper and awake d-backs on the goalline kept them from going under. The Italian style of defensive football is very boring! Maybe, they could borrow a couple of rugby players.
