The Team leaders need to step up also....can't blame it all on Trap.....Keane, Duff, Given, & Dunne need to step up and put these kids in place. Mick McCarthy done it when he was a player, so did Kevin Moran, Andy Townsend, ROy Keane, Kenny Cunningham, etc....
