WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 7/15/13 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period by Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. Odds of winning the Grand Prize or First Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release, tax form and, where legal, a publicity release (collectively, the "Eligibility Documents") within ten (10) calendar days of date of issuance. If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) calendar days from the first notification attempt, or in the event Eligibility Documents are not returned fully-executed within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the drawing at issue. If any winner is under 18 or considered a minor in his/her state of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who must fulfill all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize is two (2) round trip economy airline tickets (coach) from JFK Airport in New York City to Dublin, Ireland. Flights must be used between August 8, 2013 and Feb 28, 2014

The prize is not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and is not exchangeable for use in a different time period than stated. Valid passports are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her companion. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other prizes and/or certificates. Prize will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Contest Entities. No substitution, assignment, cash equivalent or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with another prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. The prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. TAXES AND EXPENSES: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes (if any) and other fees and expenses associated with redeeming, accepting or using a prize that are not specifically provided for herein.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By participating, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. No substitution of prizes permitted by winner. Prizes are not for resale, cannot be redeemed for cash, are not transferable or exchangeable. Prize Winner(s) and his/her guest are responsible for any activities not included in the package including transportation, merchandise, souvenirs, incidental expenses, travel insurance or any other costs and expenses not expressly mentioned herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if prize is unavailable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, photographs and likeness for purposes of advertising and Contest without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned due to, without limitation, errors in these Official Rules or advertising for this contest, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor or Administrator that, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right, at its/their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. By entering, entrants agree at all times to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Contest Entities from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, injuries, death, accidents, losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from any and all activity related to entering and/or participating in this Contest or from the acceptance or use of prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Contest; (iv) late, lost, stolen, undelivered, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, illegible, or incomplete entries, or for any electronic, computer, printing, typographical, human or other error relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the announcement of prizes, in any Contest-related materials; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware, or software, which injury or damage may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest (or portion thereof), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

DISPUTES: By entering, each entrant further agrees that, in the event that there is any conflict or other inconsistency between the Official Rules and any advertisements, promotional or marketing materials, emails or announcements relevant to the Contest, these Official Rules will govern.
