Niall O'Dowd, President and Publisher - Niall is the founder of IrishCentral as well as of Irish America Magazine, Irish Voice Newspaper , both successful publications as well as a publisher of Home and Away a successful weekly freesheet..He founded the Wall Street 50, Top 100 Irish Americans, Business 100 and more recently the Top 50 Women in Business as well as the Irish Legal 100. He was awarded an honorary doctorate by University College Dublin for his work on the Irish peace process which was a subject of a book ''Daring Diplomacy' and a PBS Special 'An Irish Voice' He is also an adjunct professor at Columbia University journalism school.

Joe Pennisi, Chief Information Officer - Joe is Chief Information Officer and co-founder of IrishCentral.com. Joe was responsible for the initial design, development and build of IrishCentral and now oversees all of IrishCentral's global technology initiatives, business development efforts, research and development, analytics, partnership development, and other critical strategic programs. Prior to joining Irishcentral in the summer of 2008, Joe was the head of Technology for the New York Daily News. Joe is a seasoned IT and business executive with 17 years of experience in print and digital media, pharmaceutical and Insurance verticals.

Dennis Fitzgerald, Marketing & Business Development Consultant - after 30 years on Wall Street as a principal of a very successful on-line brokerage company and money management firm, Dennis joined IrishCentral to assist in the strategic growth and business development of the company.

Kate Hickey, Editor - having worked in various online and print publications after gaining a MA in Journalism, Kate joined IrishCentral.com in 2010, taking on the role of Editor. Throughout her career in Ireland and in New York, Kate worked on publications such as “The Irish Independent”, “The Herald”, “The Irish Times” and “New York Arts” among others. At IrishCentral, Kate is responsible for sourcing, commissioning and managing content of the site.

Molly Muldoon, Deputy Editor - and a reporter for their sister print publication, the Irish Voice. While assisting in all editorial aspects of the website, she regularly brings the latest in breaking Irish news from New York City. A journalism graduate of Dublin City University, Molly worked both in broadcast and print media in Ireland before embarking on her career with IrishCentral in New York. Molly is a regular contributor to publications in Ireland and has been published in the Sunday Business Post and the Irish Examiner. She is also a graduate of the Washington Ireland Program.

Kevin Kemper, Design Director - Working as designer and developer, Kevin is responsible for the creation and production of IrishCentral.com's visual identity. Translating ideas into web graphics that unify the site while communicating the IrishCentral brand, his role is one of developing functionality that facilitates the user experience. Prior to coming to IrishCentral in the fall of 2008, Kevin was Creative Producer for The H Agency in New Orleans, LA, where he worked in the development of visual identity systems, brand strategy, copywriting, and print and web design and production.
