They say if you have warts and you wash your hands in a Patricks Well and leave an undisclosed sum in Silver the warts will disappear, Had them Did that it worked and fast, If you ever reveal the amount you left the warts will return.

How did the myth of driving the snakes our of Ireland originate? Was Ireland known as a snake infested land? My local Irish pastor referenced the myth in his sermon last week by half jokingly saying Christ opened a 'can of snakes' when talking to the Samaritan woman at the well.

St. Patrick had a lot of influence, but he did not bring Christianity to Ireland. It was already there.

Even in times of difficulty Ireland needs to continue the Christian life. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
