Adams Corner, in Dorchester, Massachusetts, is set to host its second annual Irish heritage festival this weekend. The free family festival has a jam packed program of events for both young and old.

The Irish American enclave of Adams Corner will play host to musical events featuring Erin’s Melody, the Gob Shites and Joshua Tree. Irish dancers will also be displaying their talent during the Harney Academy Dance Exhibition. There will also be a number of vendors present selling a range of products including Irish clothing, photography, music and gifts.

Last year, the festival was launched by a group of civic leaders and business men from the area. The festival is dedicated to promoting the new and old Irish customs of dance, music and sports which are an important part of the Adams Corner Community.
