Ok, so the list of Irish foods would be good...how about listing something for a Christmas meal that I can make for my sons? I love to carry on the culture...my sons are proud of their Irish Heritage and my oldest so much so that he tattooed an Irish cross on his forearm...BEFORE Colin did!

Yikes the Shepherds Pie is 3 years old. No fish in list and some Muppet with an empty whiskey bottle and a packet of Fig Rolls. A real set of lists might be a good idea for Irish Central. Why not have a competition for a real top ten list of Irish food and drink?

Top 10 Irish food products ? Is this an Irish joke ? Only 9 in list and no sign of Irish Stew or Bacon and Cabbage.
