Jacersagain is absolutely correct - but he/she didn't mention that it's specifically the Carmelite Church on Whitefriar Street. We have an article about the Irish connection to St. Valentine at Irish Culture and Customs.

Wake up, Patrick!... ye oul’ codgering cooper – ye forgot (or “conveniently forgot”, in IrishCentral’s anti-Catholic editorial ways) to mention the most precious gift we Catholic Dubliners share with each other every Valentine’s Day... we, who love, go to Mass at the repository of St. Valentine’s own relics in our own dear Dublin City. And then we leave that church, just off Grafton Street in Dublins city centre, to go out and love.
