Perhaps the territorial claims of the Irish state are as good as, if not better, than those of Denmark, Iceland or G.B., and the U.N may decide in Ireland's favor. But what use is a hunk of rock 270 miles away to Ireland to the North or the South? It would be far more practical for the government of the Irish state to seek closer cooperation with the North and encourage national Reunification.
