Joseph P. Kennedy was John F. Kennedy's father, not his grandfather, and was Ambassador to Britain which he enjoyed bery much. Connections in England by Joseph P. Kennedy were used by Caroline Kennedy who lived in London and was nearly blown up by the IRA.
