Have The Rubberbandits found their new calling in life? It would appear so, as the famous Limerick duo has released their second science-themed video aptly titled ‘Rubberbandits guide to physics.’

The video, published on Wednesday on YouTube, is the lads’ second promotional video for Ireland’s Science Week 2012. Their first was ‘Rubberbandits guide to chemistry featuring Louis Walsh’ which was uploaded at the end of last month.

The Rubberbandits shared their video with nearly 50,000 followers on Twitter by tweeting “Our new science video, this is our guide to Physics. You'll learn loads. RT if you like it,” with a link to the YouTube video.

The Science Week website says, “The aim of Science Week is to promote the relevance of science, technology, engineering and maths in our everyday lives and to demonstrate their importance to the future development of Irish society and to the economy.”

Surely, The Rubberbandits are the perfect promotional device for the upcoming event!
