No sooner has Robbie Keane found his scoring shoes for Glasgow Celtic than his missus wants him to head for Hollywood and play for the LA Galaxy!

"Would I like to see him play for a team like LA Galaxy? Yes, I would love that, but it changes all the time,” Claudine Keane told the Evening Herald.

Mrs. Keane went on to say that her husband was fulfilling a long held ambition to playing for Celtic and she was chuffed that he was doing so well north of the border.

A closer look at Keane’s resume shows that he is somewhat of a wanderer.

Since making his professional debut on August 9, 1997, Keane has played for seven different clubs in three different countries.

While Tottenham Hotspur say they want him back at the end of the season, Keane must be worried at the strong form of the three strikers at White Hart Lane (Defoe, Crouch and Pavlyuchenko) and how he will fit back into the mix.

But so worried that he would consider a switch stateside?

The pressure at home might be a small factor, but Keane must think he still has a few years left in him at Premier League level, where he has notched up an impressive 121 goals.

However, stranger things have happened.
