There are only a few spots left at the ICC’s Children’s Celtic Camp, but you still have the chance to sign your child up! Register your child by July 8th to receive a $30 discount off your total registration.

This year, the camp will run for four weeks in the middle of summer: July 15-19, July 22-26, July 29-August 2, and August 5-9.

The CCC is a fun and educational program about Irish culture and traditions for children in grades 1-5 and 6-8, specifically designed for and tailored to the needs and interests of both elementary school and middle school students. It provides a wide range of classes and activities, including instruction in Irish sports including Irish football and hurling, language, music, and dance as well as arts & crafts, storytelling, and literature.

Pickup will be available for a limited number of campers at the Dorchester Boys and Girls Club. Space on the Camp Shuttle is limited and reserved on a first-come, first serve basis by calling the ICC at 781-821-8291 prior to the start of camp.

Regular camp hours for each week run from 9am-3pm. Parents looking for additional hours for their children may sign up for the Extended Hours Program, which extends hours in the morning from 8-9am and in the afternoon from 3-5:30pm.

At just $300 per week per child, with a 10% discount for siblings and another 10% discount for multiple weeks of camp, we strive to provide affordable, high-quality cultural activities for children to enjoy. In addition, members of the Irish Cultural Centre receive a discounted rate of $250 per week.

Further details on registration and our course offerings can be found on our website, by calling the ICC Office, or by picking up a camp brochure at the Centre. Additional questions may be directed to Louise O’Shea at louiseoshea@irishculture.org. Space is limited, so be sure to register before time runs out!
