Sarah Jessica Parker, hubby Matthew Broderick and their three kiddies are enjoying some summer downtime in Co. Donegal, a regular holiday destination for the famous family as they own a home in the town of Kilcar.

The couple’s son James is getting into the GAA spirit too, as his mom bought him a yellow and green Donegal jersey which he’s been sporting around town.

“They called in yesterday and didn’t create any fuss at all. They have been in to us before,” Gareth Britton from a shop called All Sports in Donegal Town told the newspaper Donegal Daily.

“They bought three or four Donegal jerseys but they didn’t get any players names on them. We didn’t ask them to pose for photos or anything like that.

"I think they just prefer to be left alone. I think that’s why they enjoy coming to Donegal and relaxing."

The family, with their long-term Irish nanny in tow, also chowed down on fish and chips from Baskin’s. The woman famous the world over as Carrie Bradshaw happily signed autographs for the staff.

SJP has spoken of her love for Donegal in the past. “The Donegal people are renowned the world over for their kindness. They meet and exceed that standard on every occasion we come here,” she gushed.

"The locals always make us feel very welcome, and it is flattering that some even talk of us as one of their own.”
