There's something just a little ironic about Fox motormouth Glenn Beck coming down with appendicitis.

Beck was rushed to hospital yesterday after becoming ill during the taping of his show.

No word on what he was discussing when he was taken poorly but suffice to say he wouldn't have been espousing health care reform.

Doctors removed Beck's appendix - essentially a useless part of the body - and say he'll be back to work Monday.

And that's where the irony lies. The appendix.

The Mayo Clinic says: "This small structure has no known essential purpose, but that doesn't mean it can't cause problems."

Sound like anyone we know?

The amount of people inspired by the pure hate spewed by Beck and Rush is truly scary when you think, what have these guys done to earn so many loyal followers? When has dodging the draft, plying yourself with drugs and alcohol and walking away from your marriages make you such a visionary. And bye the way, they didn't care much for an education either.

Don't always agree with Glen but love (even when he was on CNN) that he doesn't fall into lockstep like the rest of the media. Creeps like Olberman and Matthews, Maddow and Anderson, Scarborough and Begala make my skin crawl. It was good Beck got the surgery now, before a panel has to convene to determine if you are eligible for surgery or if you should just take a pain pill like Obama recommends. AARP are a bunch of turncoats!

Our "broken" health care system apparently was able to remove Glenn's appendix quickly, and probably at the first hospital he went to. This means there was a surgeon available. When we get that socialist Obamacare that our government wants to push on us, none of the above might be true. Hang on to your appendix! They are "useless" until they become infected & have to come out. If the government says it's OK, and if you haven't gone over your health-care quota! Or maybe it's not "financially advisable" to give you the surgery, in which case they'll give you a pain pill. Maybe.

Frankly I find Beck not worth the time spent burping (with approximately the same value). He is simply a prototypical sort of Father Coughlin, Joe McCarthy type with a short appendage and a bit of a familiarity with words. Now I've gone and done it-----spent more time on him than the worth of it. Bye bye Glennie.

Anyone who thinks Glenn Beck has anythign intelligent to say is indeed incapable of intelligent critical thought. As bad as 2BorNot2B is, his ignorance pales in comparison to the utter drivvel posted by Debmarie, now there is a misguided, ignorant sheep of Fox News.
