The former 'Beverly Hills 90210' star was surprised with the romantic 18k gold band, featuring more than 150 small rose cut diamonds set in a rotating ball to symbolise "their worlds revolve around each other".

Celebrity jeweller Neil Lane, who custom-made the gift, told People.com: "Every year he gets Tori a ring to honour a renewal of their vows and this year, their 7th year of marriage, was really important to him. He loves her so much and it had to be special.

"I had less than a week to come up with the perfect gift. It spins around. It's a diamond ball, a little diamond world, and Tori can spin it on her finger.

"Tori and Dean are so interconnected and she is, literally and spiritually, the world to him. I wanted to make a sphere, a world all in diamonds. To make it sexy, a little Hollywood with a bit of a vintage feel, I put diamonds in it and the spinning movement represents how their worlds revolve around each other.

"Tori loved it! Dean is very romantic and sentimental and he totally adores her. The ring represents the significance of their relationship. She rocks his world!"

Dean previously surprised his wife of seven years with an expensive 10-carat cabochon-cut jade and gold ring after the birth of their fourth child, Finn, last August.
