Now that Susan Boyle is ready to launch her second album can we have a reader's choice of which songs she should choose?

Here is Amy's best bet for the top ten.

1. "Hallelujah" by Leonard Cohen, haunting and beautiful, perfect for Susan's range.

2. "Across the Universe" John Lennon, a beautiful and lyrical song that would show Susan up to her best advantage as it is quite difficult to sing and she would ace it.

3. "Shenandoah" the big ballad that Susan could just blast into infinity. A wonderful air.

4. "Candle in the Wind" Elton John classic that Susan could give a whole new arrangement to.

5. "Danny Boy" --I know we're biased around here but there are so many bad versions it would be great to hear a perfect one.

6. Scottish Soldier: A traditional Scottish air about the pain of emigration and being away from your native land.

7. "Every Breath You Take" Sting made it famous and it could be the type of shock song like 'Paint it Black' which made the first album such a success

8. "Fields of Gold" also by Sting, a haunting, eerie song that would suit Susan's range perfectly.

9."Sisters of Mercy" A Leonard Cohen staple that has a beautiful slow air and gorgeous lyrics.

10. "My Heart will Go On" Celine Dion's record breaker from the Titanic movie, again a perfect pitch song for Susan.
