Siobhan Magnus relishes being compared to Adam Lambert last year's glam runner up on American Idol.

In a conference call on Thursday Magnus said she loved Lambert's individuality and confidence onstage.

She said that continuing to define herself as an artist like Lambert did -- and not let others do it -- is "important to me to show that's something I care about,"

I'm stubborn and strong-willed. I do what I do because it rests well on my heart." she said

Magnus stated she had no hard feelings after being voted off calling her time on the show a"wild ride that isn't over."

As for being bounced on Wednesday night she said "it was hard,"

But she said she already missed her fellow idols "We'll be friends forever, though, I miss them already."

Next up is a trip to New York on Friday and then rehearsals for the Idol summer touring show as well as a huge family dinner with up to 30 relatives.

Magnus says she would like to star in a big musical someday ("Phantom of the Opera," "Jesus Christ Superstar"), or land at least a small part in a "wicked gory" horror flick.

She also wants to work with her brothers and sisters on "a Magnus work of art."

"This is the end of one thing, the beginning of another," said Magnus. "I'm grateful for the entire experience."
