Season 2 of the smash-hit show "Glee" will kick off on September 21. The first show of the news season will be called "Auditions".

As Ryan Murphy, the creator and director of the show said, this episode is "about the idea that everybody, even if you're not in high school, your daily life is an audition for something."

In the new promo for the episode we meet two new characters. The first , the Filipino singer Charice, singing Lady Gaga and Beyonce's hit "Telephone" in the bathroom with Michelle.

Charice became a YouTube sensation when her videos were featured on "The Oprah Winfrey Show". So far she's appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres" show and has performed with Celine Dion and Andre Bocelli. As if that wasn't enough she's about to show the world that she can act too.

John Stamos will join the cast as some new competition for the character of Will Schuester (played by Matthew Morrison). Stamos, best known for his role as Uncle Jesse in "Full House" and his role in "E.R.", will play dentist and Emma's boyfriend, Dr Carl Howell.

He told TV Guide "Just when Will thinks he'll win Emma because he can sing and dance, we find out Carl used to be in an '80s boy band…I discover Will's chewing his teeth, so the other day I had, like, four fingers in Matthew Morrison's mouth."
