The diva is at it again, this time with priceless undies or should I say undie prototypes which she was allowed to borrow for her music video on the condition she return them in one piece.

Drama follows this gal everywhere.

The sexy lingerie designed by makers Rigby and Peller from England were lost in transit as they were being returned.

Ya right Gaga.. the game is up.. we think you kept them!

Underwear police please execute a search warrant form Gaga's drawers!

The upscale lingerie makers said they allowed Gaga to borrow seven handmade pieces from their Autumn/Winter 2010 collection for the singer to wear in her newest music video in New York.

However when the post returned, only three pieces of lingerie were there.

Four are missing and can't feature in their catwalk show this week.

The collection included skin-coloured basques with black contouring and matching high-waisted knickers, as well as sheer black lace bras and pants.

A spokeswoman for the lingerie company said: "Obviously we were delighted that Lady Gaga wanted to use our new pieces in her next video but we did stress we needed them back in plenty of time for our press show.

"They are all hand-made and unique designs that are simply priceless and are not available anywhere in the world so we are really disappointed not to get them back in time for our major showcase of the year.

"The last we heard the underwear was still 'Awol' and we are not sure when we will see them again.

"If we don't get them back then it could hold up the whole production of our AW10 collection as they are the prototypes."

A spokesman for Lady Gaga said: "We have nothing to say on the matter."
