Chris Hanley, the producer of Lindsay Lohan's next movie "Inferno" has taken exception to the reports that there is any doubt Lohan will star in his movie.

Reports had said that he and his co-producer are "beyond irritable" about the setbacks in her recovery and that they were taking a "wait-and-see" attitude with relation to whether she would star in the movie or not.

He said "The only producers in question would be Jordan Gertner or myself, and we are not expressing irritation, nor ' beyond irritated' to anyone – that is not to say we would not be upset over a breach of the court by Lindsay that has affected her personally, or the potential production schedule or location of the production significantly.

"We are way not happy to not be making this movie this year as planned, and if the ability to shoot in a film incentive program state is not available due to travel limitation placed on Lindsay, that would be a concern, but that cannot be addressed until it is known."

However Hanley did mention the severity of Lohan's condition but insisted that she, like others, would overcome her difficulties.

"We do believe that Lindsay's talent does weigh very heavily in this matter," he said "Addictive personality disorder issues are pervasive in the film industry. I have worked with Robert Downey and others on movies I have made, and, frankly, talent and passion for a project matter the most to me."
