It was tango night for Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy on "Dancing with The Stars," and the ESPN battled through back pain to perform on the show.

Nervous about her footwork after last week's withering words from Len, Andrews was tentative in practice all week due to pain she was suffering in her lower back.

A doc was called in and like a true trooper she battled through the pain and danced hurt. After a great start to the tango, the ESPN sports commentator looked a little nervous but overall it seemed to still be a solid night's work.

Len was impressed when Andrews began her routine by giving him a good old tango hug.

"I must say I thought the start was brilliant," said Len in his evaluation, but again advised her to work off the hells with the footwork.

Bruno seemed jealous with all the attention Len got.

"I know you want to please him, but I thought you were going to do a lap dance," he said saying she started great because she lost her way in the middle.

Carrie Ann said Erin was a beautiful dancer but the technique of the tango got her a little and she still uses the 'death grip' on Maksim.

Erin and Maksim scored 18/30 for technique and 21/30 for performance.

Erin reaction to the scores: "We really need our friends to vote because that doesn't look too good."
