Disney star Demi Lovato was released from rehab to spend Christmas with her family.

A source told Us magazine “She was allowed to leave for 1/2 day on Christmas Eve and then a full day on Christmas…She was back both nights."

The 18-year-old “Camp Rock 2” star spent the holidays with her mother, step-father and two sisters.

In November Demi checked herself into rehab after dropping out of a tour with the Jonas Brothers. It was said she was suffering from “emotional and physical issues.”

It seems that the treatment facility is suiting her. The source said “She is doing good and is in good spirits…She is committed to the program."

However no final release date has been revealed. The sources said “It's entirely up to the treatment to see how long she will be in there…She will stay as long as the doctor's tell her she needs to stay
