The 'Two and a Half Men' star - who is currently in rehab after he was hospitalized following a recent 36-hour drink and drug binge at his Los Angeles home - will not be prosecuted by the Los Angeles Police Department, despite multiple sources claiming there was massive amounts of cocaine in use at the party.
According to gossip website TMZ, an insider at the event has revealed the drugs were "cleaned up" before the Los Angeles City Fire Department - which responded to the 911 call made before the 45-year-old star was rushed to hospital with severe abdominal pains last week - arrived on the scene.
However, law enforcement officers are reportedly not investigating the claims made by Charlie's fellow party-goers because they do not look into alleged overdoses unless the person involved is either on probation for a previous crime or engaged in another form of criminal activity.
While it was previously claimed Charlie was rushed to hospital because he was suffering from a hernia, porn star Kacey Jordan - who was allegedly paid $30,000 to party with the troubled actor - insists it was because he had overdosed on drugs.
Earlier today, she revealed: "He did a tonne of cocaine, the girls saying he snorts cocaine is a lie because Charlie Sheen only smokes cocaine, he loves to drink, first is the drinking until the point of oblivion and then comes the crack cocaine and he smokes that non-stop.
"The hernia story was just to protect the actual OD he had from cocaine use."
