Supporters of the “Save Lennox” campaign will hold a candle light vigil this Sunday, for the dog who faces euthanasia due to how he looks.

In Brighton city in the UK, supporters will be burning candles by the Clock Tower in Preston Park. There have been calls for a worldwide vigil at the same time, reports the North County Gazette.

Lennox, who is owned by a disabled girl, was seized in May 2010 by a dog warden in Belfast after he visited the family home on a routine check, due to the fact he looked like a pit bull and was acting protective of the family. DNA tests later proved that the 6-year-old was a bulldog/Labrador retriever.
