Despite not yet formally announcing a run for the 2016 Presidential election, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is already attracting major donors.

The DailyMail reports on Ready for Hillary, the Super Political Action Committee that is seeking to encourage Hillary Clinton to run for the 2016 election.

On Tuesday May 28, Ready for Hillary announced the formation of a national finance council which will be led by Esprit co-founder Susie Tompkins Buell and Texas lawyers Steve and Amber Mostyn, who were described as 'forces to be reckoned with in the Democratic Party,' by Craig T. Smith in a statement.

Though Hillary Clinton is not formally associated with the Ready for Hillary Super PAC, more than 300 donors have reportedly already committed to the cause.

As the Super PAC gears up and attracts major names for donations, Hillary Clinton herself is insisting on laying low since stepping down as Secretary of State under President Obama this past January.

Since stepping down, Clinton has been working on a book that is set for release in June 2014.

Further fueling candidacy rumors, a Twitter account named ‘Hillary Clinton’ has been located, though it has been locked thus preventing any information to be publicized yet.
