I want to take this opportunity to point out that when hetrosexuals declare that same sex marrage takes away the Sangtity of marrage, I would respond with "no people who feel the need to get married in the sky or underwater did that a long time ago" Vera McWilliam - "OK, so it's unusual, but people these days are getting married in the sky and under water, and I can't see the harm in it.
Hmmm. Interesting because it’s different. I kinda understand the couple’s wish to marry near their deceased relatives. It could be because their deceased relatives brought them together in the first place. Or, more ominously, it could be part of a death pact. Is any health counsellor checking out this choice by the two people? May they have a long happy marriage in God’s love – either way - is a prayer we all could say.
