The Irish Repertory Theatre, one of New York’s Irish jewels thanks to its visionary founders Ciaran O’Reilly and Charlotte Moore, will celebrate its annual gala next month with Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick serving as hosts for the Rep’s tribute to William Butler Yeats.

SJP and her hubby Broderick are no strangers to Ireland. They own a holiday home in Donegal which they visit when their schedules permit and speak glowingly of the time they spend there, so it’s no surprise that they’re offering support to Ciaran and Charlotte, currently enjoying another critical hit with their latest show, "The Belle of Belfast."

The performance takes place on Monday, June 8 at Town Hall on West 43rd Street, with dinner following at the nearby Bryant Park Grill. This year’s theme centers on Yeats, the cherished Irish poet and Nobel Prize winner who was born 150 years ago.

Those taking part in the show include Gabriel Byrne, John Slattery of "Mad Men" and Bridget Moynahan, star of the CBS hit "Blue Bloods."

The Rep is temporarily housed at the DR2 Theatre on East 15th while its permanent space on West 22nd Street is undergoing a top to bottom renovation that will hopefully be completed at the start of next year.

For various ticket prices and information on how you can mingle with the likes of SJP and the other stars, and support a hugely worthy cause at the same time, contact the Irish Rep at 212-255-0270, or email events@irishrep.org.
